Personal Life Mandate, Gregg Caruso
My life purpose is to continue to emerge as a father in the faith (1 John 2:12-14), believing that effective, reproducing fatherhood is the highest calling for a man in the body of Christ. As this relates to my immediate family, it is my intention to prayerfully and lovingly stimulate Linda, Amaris, Vanessa, Kailee and Kyle to love God and honor God in all that they are, say, and do. As this relates to my ministry function, it is my intention to further expand the kingdom of God through leading, teaching, motivating and mentoring leaders and potential leaders to fulfill their destiny's in Christ.

This will be accomplished through the further development of at least four major themes (unique methodologies):

1. The theme of growing in intimacy with God and others, primarily through the progressive responding to the stated methodology of Hosea 2:19,20 - God's marriage vow - “I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness, justice, lovingkindness and compassion; I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness, and then you shall know the Lord.”

2. The theme of God's amazing grace doing in us and trough us what we could never do on our own, as we learn to surrender our hearts and lives to Christ in an ongoing way.

3. The theme of healthy balance, or living in dynamic tension between such biblical propositions as Spirit vs. Truth, the Great Commandment vs. the Great Commission, Faith vs. Works, Present vs. Future Reality of the Kingdom of God, etc.

4. The theme of personal as well as corporate growth, knowing that every person, couple, family, church, and organization has a “next-step” for further effectiveness, development, and impact. I will seek to mentor through co-strategizing and facilitating planning processes for the ongoing developmental implementation of core values, purpose, and vision.
