Who We AreCore Values

1. We value the CENTRALITY OF CHRIST AND THE FULFILLMENT OF HIS PURPOSE.
In Him everything finds its origin and purpose. We endeavor to live in gracious and generous response to Christ. We always want His love, mercy, grace, and power to be displayed.
2. We value EMPOWERING LEADERSHIP.
We believe that, while the Church is the hope of the world; effective, reproducing, servant leadership is the hope of the Church. Developing and empowering people to discover and develop their gifts is key to God's strategy for changing the world!
3. We value EXTENDING THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
We believe that Jesus Christ established the kingdom of God in His first coming and that the kingdom will be consummated at His Second Coming. As a result, extending the kingdom of God is the primary function of Christian ministry and that the Church is the fruit of dynamic kingdom activity.
4. We value the UNFOLDING SPLENDOR OF THE GRACE OF GOD.
It is by grace and grace alone that God's presence in our lives is both secured and released. We regularly want to invite God's grace to do in us and through us what we could never do on our own.
5. We value LIVING IN DYNAMIC TENSION BETWEEN WORD AND SPIRIT.
It is our intention to consistently promote both the practical instruction of the Bible as well as the supernatural aspects of faith; believing that truth and experience are meant to work together.
6. We value PROACTIVE INNOVATION.
We want to be free and willing to take risks and tolerate failure for the sake of seeing kingdom growth; while having and implementing long-term strategies for impact.
7. We value CELEBRATING DIVERSITY WHILE PRESERVING UNITY.
We are convinced that all who belong to Christ are one in His body, the Church. We aim to promote unity by honoring, respecting and releasing all who call on the name of Jesus and by seeking reconciliation with all parts of the Church, being careful not to quench the radiant diversity inherent in the many components of the Church.
8. We value ACTIVE, INTENTIONAL EVANGELISM.
We believe that all nurture, training, and discipleship should take place in the context of mobilizing people for evangelism towards the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
9. We value DETERMINED AUTHENTICITY.
Our desire is to live honest, transparent lives, aimed at being fully submitted to the Bible and under the direction of the Holy Spirit; enhanced by loving and accountable relationships. Our desire is to work in teams to extend the kingdom of God through maintaining mutual respect, open and sincere communication, determined cooperation, and believing and speaking the best about each other.
