Our Passion
The overriding passion of PRISM is growing and deep and abiding intimacy with God. This begins with a full embrace the gospel, believing that we are more depraved than we ever realized and simultaneously more loved and accepted by God than we ever imagined. In this light we seek to mentor and multiply effective leadership in churches and ministries around the world.

We are a passion driven organization. God has placed holy passions within each one of us. As followers of Christ we can  spend too much time fighting our unholy passions instead of getting in touch with our holy, God-breathed passions. We do not have a “find your gift and use it” mentality; we would say, get in touch with your holy passions and God will give you whatever gifts are necessary to walk in your passion/s.
